How much does Clarix cost?
Clarix plans start at $399/month for Pilot, $899/month for Growth, and $1,999/month per facility for Enterprise, plus a one-time $10,000 installation fee. All plans include unlimited users within your organization — there are no per-seat charges.
Why is there a one-time installation fee?
The $10,000 installation covers validation documentation, master formula digitization, facility configuration, and implementation support. Clarix offers free paper-to-eQMS data migration services during onboarding, and if Clarix does not pass your system validation requirements, onboarding fees are refunded in full.
Does Clarix charge per user or per seat?
No. Every Clarix plan includes unlimited users within your organization. There are no per-seat fees or surprises after onboarding.
Are there contracts or discounts?
No long-term contracts are required on Pilot and Growth — annual billing is available as a single payment, and monthly billing at a small premium. The first 5 clients receive 20% off installation, subscription, and lifetime access.
