Fills AI Inc., d/b/a Clarix (“Clarix,” “we”) operates https://clarix.fills.ai and related applications. Contact: ceo@fills.ai.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It does not replace a Business Associate Agreement when we process Protected Health Information (PHI) for a customer.
2. Information we collect

3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls
- Communicate about the product, security, billing, and demo requests
- Comply with law and enforce agreements
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a B2B SaaS, and legal obligations.
5. Subprocessors
We use vetted subprocessors (e.g., hosting, database, email, error monitoring). Customers with PHI require a signed BAA and appropriate subprocessor BAAs.
6. International transfers
Services are hosted primarily in the United States.
7. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the customer relationship and a reasonable period thereafter. Customer content retention is largely controlled by Customer; after termination, export windows and deletion follow the MSA/ToS and any BAA.
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, access controls (RBAC), encryption at rest as provided by our infrastructure partners, and audit logging for regulated actions. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control. For PHI in Customer tenants, contact the Customer (Covered Entity); we assist per the BAA.
10. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable).
11. Changes
We will post updates to this Policy and revise the effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
